We have been super busy in the studio creating new prints and designs for our up and coming yoga pants collection. Sometimes we get overwhelmed by the planning and design process and need a little break! So how do we relax our minds and bodies during our busy season? One word: Meditation.
Meditating is super important and we at Shakti try to have meditation minutes everyday to rejuvenate our moods here at the studio. The health and wellness advantages of meditation are very important for dealing stress, sleep problems, and calming the senses overall. It also helps us follow a healthy lifestyle, increases our self-awareness, and slows down aging –whhattt?!
So where to begin? We first started with YouTube Videos and its safe to say that we are pretty much champs at this point when it comes to meditation.
